Hi, after looking for sites who provide "really" free pc to phone call, it turns out there are none exist.
There are plenty sites that give trial 5 minutes call, and then have to pay to make another call.
Except this site, which is http://evaphone.com/. With this sites you can call to local phone anywhere in the world for a limited 2 calls per day, about 5 minutes each call.
Not Bad.
With this i can keep in touch with my mom who travels abroad, completely free.
